GameSmarts ("we", "us") builds practice trainers for card and table games. This policy explains what we collect and why. We designed the apps to need as little of your data as possible.

What we collect

On-device only (no account): your quiz progress, scores, and settings are stored on your device. We do not receive them.

If you create an account or purchase an upgrade: we (via our provider) store your email address and a record of what you have unlocked, so your purchases work across your devices. We do not sell this information.

Payments: in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google; web purchases are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and there is no real-money wagering in any GameSmarts app.

Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels in our apps.

Children

GameSmarts apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

You can delete on-device data by removing the app. If you have an account, contact us to access or delete your account data.
