What GameSmarts is

GameSmarts apps are educational practice trainers. They teach strategy and odds for games of skill and chance. They do not involve real-money gambling, and no in-app currency has monetary value. Nothing here is a guarantee of winnings.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the apps for your own practice. Paid upgrades unlock additional content on the accounts and devices you own.

Purchases & refunds

In-app purchases are processed and refunded by Apple or Google under their terms. Web purchases are handled by our payment processor; contact us with any billing questions.

Acceptable use

Please don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the apps or their content.

No warranty

The apps are provided "as is." We work to keep the strategy content accurate but make no warranty that it is error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
